The BSB European Innovation Prize for cosmetics, are to be awarded in 2012 for the tenth time by the independent BSB – Beratungs- and Servicebuero Dr. Riedel.

 

BSB was established in 1998 and has been operating internationally in the area of information and knowledge management with the key focus on cosmetics. BSB is active in the core areas: raw material, market, product and trend reporting and technical consulting.

 

The Innovation Prize, a prize brought to life by BSB`s founder Dr. Jan-H. Riedel in 2003, is supported by business and aims to promote the global dissemination of up-to-date knowledge.

 

 

Invitation for applications

 

The invitation for applications from companies with innovative products will be from 01 December 2011 until 31 January 2012.

 

 

Finished Products:

 

Please sent 10 (ten) samples of the product you apply for to the address below:

-          only 1 application per sub-category and company

-          the applicated product has to be (re)launched since the last award ceremony

-          any recourse to courts of law is excluded

-          most innovative natural product or concept

            - all kind of innovative raw materials

 

 

 

Who makes the decisions?

 

BSB e.K. has the right of pre-selection and nomination. In the areas raw materials and finished products approx. 4-6 raw materials or products (each sub-category) are submitted to the relevant jury for final selection.

This jury “Finished products” has to make a decision in the three sub-categories: application test (product performance), product story, use of raw materials.
